I made this site to hopefully provide an honest resource on dating sites, particularly since there are half a dozen for every interest, and it can get very confusing really finding a good one. I hope to give information on dating sites you find of value, and also hope to receive feedback from visitors on their own experiences which will help to shed further light on each dating site to a level I cannot on my own. Having tried a few myself as a consumer and having experienced that they don’t exactly deliver what they say they are about and have, I am expecially keen on bursting the hype bubble and telling it like it is. It’s not like you have to be leery of them, it’s just that the number one fallacy I have consistently found in even the largest dating site, is inflation of the available matches for everyone.
If you join a site that is on the world wide web, and you can only find 3 people in your area that even vaguely interest you, and yet the dating site is shoving in your face they have all these matches for you, but you can’t find them when you look, you know you have to take the whole online dating scene like a grain of salt. Still, there are lots of real love stories that started at an online dating site, so I am all for it. But a single person defintely can benefit from others’ experiences on other sites, as well as benefit from having a collection of rated dating sites to look over all in one place.
