Ashley Madison Agency
What can I possibly have to say about a dating services which uses a slogan of “LIFE IS SHORT, HAVE AN AFFAIR,” as the reason it is okay to cheat on your spouse? You see where I am going with this one, don’t you.
If all it takes is that kind of reasoning to make such a service a-ok, then how about this:
Life is short, bomb a building
Life is short, shoot somebody
Life is short, be a pedophile
There is no difference between the reasonings presented behind these examples, or Ashley Madison’s trademarked slogan. This isn’t about religious issues, it is just plain and simple about basic human intelligence—has Ashley Madison even watched the effect of Tiger’s Wood’s affairs on his wife? Are they completely without any morales or sense of consequences?
If all it takes for your spouse to join the service is a come on like that, your spouse is a skunk. I absolutely in no way can give any positive review of such a twisted dating service that proudly touts appearances on television talk shows as some kind of social approval. I guess money and glamour makes people look the other way. I don’t have a rating system that gives vacuous black stars, or I would use it for this service. Cheating hurts people. Yes, people will always cheat, but two wrongs don’t make a right: 1 cheating is wrong 2 ashely madison’s slogan for cheating is wrong = two wrongs.

The excuse “everybody’s doing it” doesn’t fly. Try that on your spouse and see if he/she will be okay with it. You know it’s wrong, don’t even try it. Why is it wrong? Because someone get’s hurt whom you made a commitment to…a spouse and often kids. If you are a cheater, you’re a cheater, but this is a reprehensible service for it enticing people to think it is okay to do something, when it is not. And if weak-minded people have to be slapped in the face to keep them from following the thousands of other cheaters, I hope this review slaps them into not doing that. If just stating members are all over 18 and thousands are online now is their angle to legitimitize their service, I think I found the slogan for the Ku Klux Klan for recruitment of new members online.
